Haus Tschägi

The online rental of the apartment is accomplished via the Davos-Klosters Tourism Office or by contacting the apartment manager via the contact form.

• Note: Haus Tschägi rents by the week, and check-in/check-out is on Saturday, thus a successful website offer is contingent on entering a Saturday arrival to a Saturday departure.
• NEW as of Summer 2015: Summer Weekend Specials!  Just as if you had your own place for the weekend, check-in Friday afternoon and check-out on Sunday afternoon, all for a flat fee of CHF 650.
• Once the rental has been confirmed, you will receive further instruction by the apartment manager, Mrs. Corina Lier.

Rental Period:

In general a minimum rental period of 7 days is requested. Arrival and departure day is Saturday. Exceptions may be made depending on booking availability and season. A minimum rental period of 14 days is requested over Christmas/New Year.

Occupancy:

The maximum apartment occupancy is 6 persons, independent of age. The rental will be cancelled immediately if the occupancy is higher and the renter will forfeit the security deposit and the unused rental fee.

Check-in/Check-out:

We expect your arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Should you arrive at a later hour, we ask you to inform the apartment manager. On the day of departure checkout time is 10:00 a.m.

Payment:

To confirm your reservation a nonrefundable down payment of 30% is required within 10 days. The remaining part of the rental fee is due 30 days before the start of the rental. A security deposit is due when you receive the keys. The security deposit will be refunded when you return the keys. The cost for the final cleaning and linens/towels is also due when you receive the keys.

Cancellation:

You are responsible for the entire rental fee if the apartment cannot be leased to another visitor. You are also responsible for the entire amount if you do not occupy the apartment for the entire time of the lease. Fees already paid can only be reimbursed if the apartment can be rented to another tenant under the same conditions and for the same period. We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance from your insurance company.
