When renting via the Davos-Klosters tourism website or via AirBnB, the final cleaning, linens, and guest taxes are automatically factored into the offer price. The deposit is due upon arrival.
The Klosters Guest Tax is levied per person, per day of stay at Haus Tschägi, and pays for various community services benefits. The apartment manager will collect the entire duration’s Guest Tax upon your arrival, and in return will issue each person a Gastekarte (Davos Klosters Card).
The security deposit will be collected upon arrival and returned at departure time assuming satisfactory apartment condition.
The final cleaning and linens charge are payable to the apartment manager; they ensure that each guest receives the apartment in a consistent condition. Note: if renting through the Klosters Tourismus website, these are now bundled in with the rental.
Weekend Specials are two-day rentals available in June through August, with a Friday arrival and a Sunday departure, all for a flat fee (except guest taxes, those still have to be added).
